Ordering and paying for goods using www.pedal-pedal.co.uk is extremely safe because we use Paypal and Sagepay to manage customer transactions. This means that you do not share any of your card details with pedal-pedal.co.uk so no one here will see them when you place an order on the site.
What guarantees are there for my purchases?
They are exactly the same as they would be if you bought them from a shop on the high street. In fact, we believe that the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you even better protection than that available in the high street because you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. If you’re not satisfied Pedal pedal Limited offers you a period of 14 days to return the goods so long as they are undamaged and with the orignal condition and packaging. All of our products are sourced from reputable UK distributors so the manufacturer warranties are honoured.
How soon will I receive my good after placing my order request?
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 days of you placing it (they usually go out on the same day!). However, if there is an unlikely delay because of a stock issue, we will contact you to let you know. Once we despatch your order, it is then down to the Royal Mail to deliver within the time frames they suggest.
