Indoor Training

So it's pouring with rain, freezing cold and blowing a gale - and yet you still want to train! There are now a great choice of trainers that mean you don't have to go out onto the roads to train when conditions are potentially dangerous; and unlike the 'gym bikes' you can still 'ride' your own machine. So whether you choose rollers, a turbo trainer or even one the new Virtual Reality machines, you can still keep putting the miles in without having to risk the winter roads.
